Accessing and using Butternut Station, the Jasonandthescorchers.com bulletin
board, is authorized under these conditions. Please read them carefully.
Use of this bulletin board means you understand and fully agree with the
following terms and conditions.
Member conduct: Bulletin Boards and/or Chat
You understand that all information ("content"), whether publicly
posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person
from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not Jasonandthescorchers.com,
are entirely responsible for all content that you post or email via the
bulletin boards and/or chat.
Jasonandthescorchers.com does not control the content posted via the bulletin
boards and/or chat and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity
or quality of such content. You understand that by using the bulletin
boards and/or chat, you may be exposed to content that is objectionable.
Under no circumstances will Jasonandthescorchers.com be liable in any
way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or
omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred
as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted
via the bulletin boards and/or chat.
You agree to not use the bulletin boards and/or chat to:
1. upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that is
unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene, invasive of
another's privacy, or racially prejudiced.
2. harm minors in any way.
3. impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited
to, a forum leader, band member, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent
your affiliation with a person or entity.
4. post or email any content that you do not have a right to transmit
under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as
inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or
disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements.
5. post or email any content that infringes any patent, copyright
or other proprietary rights of any party.
6. post or email any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional
materials, or any other form of solicitation.
7. post or email any material that contains software viruses or
any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy
or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications
equipment.
8. "stalk" or otherwise harass another.
9. collect or store personal data about other users.
Removal of Content:
You acknowledge that Jasonandthescorchers.com does not pre-screen content,
but that Jasonandthescorchers.com and its designees shall have the right,
but not the obligation, in their sole discretion to refuse or move any
content on Butternut Station. Without limiting the foregoing, Jasonandthescorchers.com
and its designees shall have the right to remove any content that violates
these Terms of Service, or is otherwise objectionable.
You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with,
the use of any content on Butternut Station, including any reliance on
the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content.
Idemnity:
You agree to indemnify and hold Jasonandthescorchers.com and its employees
harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees,
made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit to
Butternut Station, in all other parts of the website, your violation of
the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
Bulletin boards:
Those who register for the Butternut Station bulletin board are required to provide us with a username, password and working email address. We use this information to set up your account. We do not sell or redistribute this membership list. Jasonandthescorchers.com will not gather or release any of your personal information for commercial or personal use. No data submitted by users of the Jasonandthescorchers.com website will be distributed or sold to any external party.
Occasionally, the administrators of our UBB (Infopop.com) will send you email at the address you provide, either to send announcements relating to the boards or to resolve issues that may arise with your use of the bulletin board. The email address is displayed in your member profile, but you may elect to hide this from public view or change your email address at any time. Bulletin board participants are expected to comply with the rules governing the area, but we cannot control third parties' use of information you voluntarily provide in a public forum.
Jasonandthescorchers.com may obtain certain types of information, such as cookies or IP addresses. Other information may be gathered, such as environment variables, time zone, web browser used, the type of operation system used, and the page that you visited us from, if any. We gather this information for the purpose of providing you with the most personalized, private, and informative visit.
Use of cookies:
We use cookies in the community areas of Jasonandthescorchers.com for two reasons. The use of cookies for the bulletin board makes it easy for you to post messages.
